Zia Dantes celebrated her birthday looking like a princess in her own magical forest.
Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes’ firstborn just had her dream come true as she celebrated her 8th birthday in a Descendants-themed party.
Channeling Mal, the daughter of Maleficent and Hades, Zia looked wickedly stunning in her custom-made purple ball gown by Steph Tan. Her princess look was done by makeup artist Rick Calderon and hairstylist Nante Alingasa.
Her brother Sixto, meanwhile, looked like a mighty yet adorable prince in his royal blue ensemble.
“Happy Birthday to the sweetest princess in the world! Wishing you a day filled with love, laughter, and endless joy. May all your dreams come true. Love you always!” Marian wrote in her Instagram post on Monday, Dec. 4, sharing snippets from the party.
In the quick video recap, the party was attended by Zia's friends wearing their respective costumes. Adding to the fun were the performances from the cosplayers.
The straight-out-of-a-movie venue was adorned with candelabra, purple floral arrangements and backdrops, and the symbolic apple curated by event organizer Teddy Manuel in collaboration with Teena Barreto.
Descendants is Disney’s fantasy film series that tells the adventures of the mischievous children of iconic villains like Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, and Jafar. These characters undergo a journey of redemption after residing in the kingdom of Auradon. The film stars Dove Cameron, Cameron Boyce, Mitchell Hope, Sofia Carson, and others.
