Zy-za Nadine Suzara

Zy-za Nadine Suzara is a public budget analyst. She is currently the executive director of the Institute for Leadership, Empowerment and Democracy (iLEAD), a non-stock, non-profit policy think tank that focuses on public finance and good governance. She previously served at the Department of Budget and Management and the Department of Trade and Industry, and is regularly tapped by legislators in both the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives as a technical expert on the national budget.
