As one of the pioneers in Filipino travel blogging, Kach Umandap left behind the traditional nine-to-five career to forge her own path. Her journey began in 2013 when she quit her job to backpack through Asia, sparking her passion for a nomadic lifestyle. From there, she traveled extensively, exploring one country after another. In 2025, after 12 years of traveling, Kach became the first person to visit all 193 UN-recognized countries plus 2 observer states (195/195) using only a Philippine passport.
