After graduating cum laude from the College of William & Mary, Clarissa returned to the Philippines in 2009 and co-founded Teach for the Philippines (TFP). TFP addresses the challenge of Philippine public education quality at scale, reaching communities nationwide and having a measurable positive impact on student learning outcomes. Clarissa, the CEO of the multi-awarded organization, has an MA in Educational Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. She is also an inaugural 2018 Obama Foundation Fellow and a TOYM, TOWNS, RVR Siklab, and Asia Society's Asia 21 Young Leaders awardee.
