Baldwin Kho is a children's art mentor in the Tsinoy community. He is also known for his charities and advocacies on various causes that benefit people with special needs. Kho is an Asia Oceania Outstanding Person with Epilepsy, recognized by the International Bureau of Epilepsy and the International League Against Epilepsy in 2012. He is the founder of the Center for Developmental Art Manila, Inc. and a board member of Kaisa Para sa Kaunlaran, Inc.
