Amy Uy heads the corporations operating Filipino fast food brands Sea/Salt, Sea Shack, Davao Tuna Grill and Bagnet Boy. She is a food writer and a co-author of the book “Panaderia: Philippine Bread, Biscuit and Bakery Traditions,” chosen as the Best Book on Food in the 2016 National Book Awards and a winner in the 2016 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards (Bread Book Category).
