Hit comedy musical 'SIX' coming to the Philippines in October
The hit British comedy musical Six will come to the Philippines later this year.
Production company GMG Productions announced on Friday, March 8 that Six will run from Oct. 1 to 20 at the Theater at Solaire in Parañaque.
Six is a modern retelling of the lives of King Henry VII’s wives, namely Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anna of Cleves, Katherine Howard, and Catherine Parr.
Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the pop-inspired musical, according to GMG, brings these historical figures to life, portraying them as fierce and influential pop stars in their own right.
As their stories are told, they’d be able to reclaim their own narrative while audiences are taken on a journey, the production company added.
Tickets will go on sale on April 19 through TicketWorld.
UnionBank serves as the official sponsor and pre-sale partner and is offering exclusive first access to the show. A waitlist will run from March 10 to April 12, while the pre-sale period is from April 15 to 17.
