Rayver Cruz is certain that he will marry Julie Ann San Jose: 'Malapit na... hindi na tayo bumabata'
Though there’s no specific date yet, Kapuso actor Rayver Cruz is certain that he will marry his girlfriend and showbiz colleague Julie Ann San Jose.
"Mahirap magbitaw ng salita, pero malapit na, kasi hindi na tayo bumabata," Cruz told entertainment website PEP.ph.
"Wala siyang timetable, but definitely I want my own family,” he added. "At kung gusto ninyong marinig, yes, I will marry Julie Anne San Jose.”
As regards a proposal date, he acknowledged that it’s difficult to answer it with certainty, and he’ll just know it “in God’s time.”
“Siyempre, 'pag di mo naman nasagot nang tama,” he said, “maraming masasabi ang mga tao.”
Cruz said they’re enjoying their relationship now and aren’t rushing into things, yet pointed out that San Jose is "the one" for him.
He noted how they share a lot of similarities, from music to faith.
He also gave a shout-out to her family and how he respects them “so much.”
As for his ideal wedding, Cruz said he’s looking forward to a simple church wedding. In a previous online media conference, San Jose also said she wants a simple church wedding.
In a previous interview, Cruz said that his mind, body, and soul are already married to San Jose.
San Jose, meanwhile, said Cruz is always telling her that he plans to settle down with her, describing him as “reassuring.”
Cruz and San Jose confirmed their relationship in November 2022.
