Ready to get spooky? Here are some Halloween parties you won’t want to miss

Spooky season is upon us, and Manila is getting ready to party!

This October, several establishments are turning up the fright with costume parties and other fun events that will have you celebrating well into the witching hour.

Whether you’re looking to dance the night away or simply show off your Halloween costume, there are plenty of ways to spend the occassion. So here are some Halloween parties and events happening around Metro Manila that are worth checking out:

The ODY-Z

Calling all gods, monsters, and main characters: Poblacion has a Halloween party for you. 

Z Hostel Philippines will be hosting "The Ody-Z" this Oct. 30, which will stretch across Don Pedro, Alfonso, and Fermina streets. The theme appears to be dedicated to mythology and epic legends, so you may want to come dressed as your favorite gods, monsters, heroes, and other mythical figures.

Pong District: Afterlife

A Halloween party is fun, but a Halloween party with beer pong? Now that’s a celebration.

Pong District Manila is bringing its beer pong tables and Halloween spirit together for “Afterlife,” a two-night celebration happening on Oct. 30 and 31.

It will take place at 5353 Mariano St. cor. Gen. Luna Ave., Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City. Tables are limited, so be sure to send them a message to RSVP.

Haunted Nights

Looking for a Halloween party with a view? Vibe Bar and Restaurant is turning its View Deck into a spooky party zone with “Haunted Nights” this Oct. 31.

From 9:00 p.m. onwards, guests can expect a night of music, costumes, and drinks, with DJs JC Llamas, Teejay Subahri, and Lhudwig providing the soundtrack.

Entrance is P700 for walk-ins with a free drink, while table reservations are P1,500 per person. Vibe Bar and Restaurant is located in Arcovia City, Pasig.

The Club After Dark

Manila House is also opening its doors to celebrate the season through their own Halloween party, "The Club After Dark."

Guests will have the chance to enjoy a "night of mystery, party and mischief," where they can search for hidden objects, unravel twisted clues, and dance the night away to the sounds of their DJ.

The party will take place on Oct. 29 at 8:00 p.m., with club passes priced at P2,000. Manila House is located at Seven NEO, 5th Ave in Taguig.

Intramumu

The Walled City is about to get a little more haunted with "INTRAMUMU," a two-day Halloween street party that will take place from Oct. 31 to Nov. 1.

To be held at Magallanes Drive, the event will feature costume competitions, music performances, and DJ sets, a community marketplace, and more.
