The Voting Process
Submitted entries for the 2027 Grammys will first undergo screening by 350 experts to verify their eligibility and proper category placement.
Eligible entries will then go through to the first round of voting, with voting members selected by the Academy choosing the official nominees for each category. It will then be tabulated by the independent accounting firm Deloitte.
After that, the Academy will release the official nominees on Nov. 16, which will be followed by the final round of voting to determine the winners. Members will cast their final ballots from Dec. 10 to Jan. 7, 2027.
Moreover, a special nominating committee comprising all the Academy's chapter cities in craft categories was assigned.
The 69th Grammy Awards will take place at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, and will be broadcast on ABC, Disney+, and Hulu on Feb. 7, 2027.
