TikToker Arshie Larga gives look at 'biggest investment' for his parents: 'Matagal na nila itong pangarap'
Filipino content creator Arshie Larga proudly gave a look at his newly completed four-storey building for his family.
The TikTok personality unveiled the milestone through his social media accounts, offering followers a glimpse of its modern design and spacious interiors.
"This 2025, I'm blessed with so many opportunities and blessings dahil po sa inyo. Maraming maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat na sumusuporta sa akin. But gusto ko lamang i-share sa inyo ang pinakamalaking investment ko for this year, aside from traveling and my health," Larga said in the video.
"Ngayon pong 2025, nakapag-invest po ako sa isang malaking property," he added before the camera panned away to give a complete look at the structure, which was named "St. Pancratius Building."
The property includes an improved version of Larga's pharmacy on the ground floor and a dining hall on the second. The third and fourth floors meanwhile feature a spacious area with multiple bedrooms, completed with a balcony that leads to a view of the surrounding area.
"Nagsimula lang ‘to sa usapan namin ng parents ko about turning our current structure into a four-storey building. Matagal na nila itong pangarap, pero laging nauudlot dahil sa budget. Ayaw rin nilang umutang sa bangko," Larga wrote in a separate post.
"Blessed enough ako na may savings, kaya nitong January 2025, sinimulan namin ang construction. Malaking tulong na civil engineer ang tatay ko, kaya hands-on siya sa papers, requirements, at buong construction," he continued.
The content creator highlighted that the process was not easy, as his parents had to focus on the construction while he had to find ways to fund the project.
He went on to express his gratitude to his parents for giving their time, effort, and attention to this project as well as to the brands that partnered with him and provided work opportunities.
"Salamat po sa lahat ng taong patuloy na sumusuporta sa’kin. Kahit nag-evolve na ang content ko—from pharmacy, to travel, to lifestyle—nandiyan pa rin kayo," Larga wrote.
"To be honest, this project—aside from being an investment—is my way of repaying my parents for all their hard work and for helping fulfill their long-time dream," he ended.
Larga has amassed more than 4.3 million followers on his TikTok account. He is known as everyone’s friendly neighborhood pharmacist thanks to his content that details medicines in simple terms.
