A former Nickelodeon star has been found homeless in California.

A video of Tylor Chase, who portrayed Martin Qwerly in the 2004 show Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, has been making the rounds on TikTok and X.

In the clip, he's seen wearing a worn-out shirt and jeans when the woman taking the video approached him and asked if he appeared on the Disney Channel. "Nickelodeon," Chase responded. “Yeah, on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.” To which the woman replied, “Oh yeah, you're that kid on it.”

The TikTok also included a screenshot of a GoFundMe page for Chase, asking for donations to help him get back on his feet.

Authorities in Riverside, California told the Daily Mail that they don't know how long the former child star has been living on our streets.

"During all of our interactions, he has been cordial and cooperative with our officers," Riverside Police Department Public Information Officer Ryan Railsback said, adding that officers with the public safety engagement team contact Chase at least once a week to offer assistance with temporary shelter options.

In a Dec. 22 report, TMZ said that Chase has been declining the offer of housing and treatment from authorities.

Meanwhile, the GoFundMe page was asked to be taken down by the former actor's mother out of concern for his mental health.

“Tylor needs medical attention not money. But he refuses it,” she told the GoFundMe creator, as reported by The US Sun. “[Money] would not be a benefit to him. I have gotten him several phones, but he loses them within a day or two. He can't manage money for his meds by himself."

On the Sept. 24 episode of the Ned's Declassified Podcast Survival Guide, Chase was the topic of his former co-stars Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee.

“There was some bad news that I received earlier this week about our dear friend Tylor Chase. It was a lot to process for me. When I first saw, I was angry, because I was like, 'Why put a camera on someone's face in hard times?'” Lee said.

“But then I was upset with myself because I feel powerless because there's not much that I felt I could do,” he added.

Shaw expressed a desire to meet Chase in person. “You can't do much, but I would love to go speak with him and just love on him and look him in the eye. I miss Tylor, I love Tylor so, so much,” Lindsey Shaw said.

“It is painful and shocking to see where he is currently at. It's hard to see someone you know and love from a really special time, and a really sweet person, that this is where life has currently ended up, is hard, man,” Werkheiser said.

“We're all hoping we can get Tylor on a better path. We'll see what we can do here,” Lee added.

Mighty Ducks star Shaun Weiss has also offered a bed at a recovery facility.

Chase is known for appearing in Everybody Hates Chris, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, and Good Time Max.
