Here are the 8 PH companies included in Forbes' 2026 list of World's Best Employers
Eight companies in the Philippines have been recognized by Forbes in their seventh annual World’s Best Employers list.
San Miguel Corp. led the pack at the 16th spot, which is higher than its previous placement of 42nd in 2025.
Ayala Corp. followed suit in 80th place. The two are the only companies that managed to make it to the Top 100.
Other domestic employers recognized by Forbes include Metropolitan Bank & Trust at 142nd, LT Group at 192nd, JG Summit Holdings at 238th, Century Pacific Group at 261st, Jollibee Foods at 384th, and BDO Unibank at 458th.
Overall, Microsoft topped the list of the 900 companies included. On its heels are Delta Air Lines, Shopify, Costco Wholesale, and NVIDIA.
Rounding out the Top 10 are Adobe, Apple, Sony Group, Alphabet, and Lego Group.
Forbes, in partnership with Statista, surveyed more than 300,000 employees in a total of 52 countries.
"Survey participants rated how likely they were to recommend their employer to family and friends, and evaluated the company on such criteria as salary, career advancement opportunities, work-life balance and company reputation," they noted.
