Kanye West accused of drugging, assaulting ex-assistant at Sean 'Diddy' Combs' party
Warning: This story includes mention of sexual assault.
Kanye West's former assistant has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party co-hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs.
In an amended complaint obtained by PEOPLE Magazine, Lauren Pisciotta, West's personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, alleged the rapper committed "sexual battery" after giving her a "laced drink."
The court document, filed on Oct. 8 in the Los Angeles County Court, said that West invited Pisciotta to a studio session where "drinks were served to others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay."
Combs was also named in the amended suit as the co-host of the event.
Pisciotta was allegedly handed a drink "laced with an unidentifiable drug" that, after a few small sips, caused her to "slip into an altered and heavily impaired state," where she felt less control of her body and speech.
The following day, she felt "ashamed and embarrassed" for not recalling what happened.
According to the filing, much later, Pisciotta said West allegedly brought up the night of the incident, wherein he told her they "did kind of hook up a little one time."
When she told the rapper she had no memory of the studio session, he said "women love to say they don't remember," as per the complaint.
"Up until that very point, right before that very conversation, Plaintiff was unaware that she had been subjected to gender violence and sexual battery on that studio night by KANYE WEST a.k.a YE," the document read.
In June, Pisciotta, who also became the rapper's chief of staff at his various companies, sued West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
West also faces a lawsuit from a former employee who claimed he suffered "severe discrimination, harassment" while working for Yeezy and Donda Academy school.
Meanwhile, Combs is set to go on trial for racketeering and sex trafficking on May 5, 2025. In September, he was arrested and accused of sexually abusing women and coercing them into drug-fueled sex parties using threats and violence.
