The Quezon City Government has issued a traffic advisory for road closures and rerouting for the Trillion Peso March happening on Feb. 25.

The local government unit warned that heavy traffic is expected on major roads that lead to the EDSA People Power Monument, including EDSA, Katipunan Avenue, Ortigas Avenue, White Plains Avenue, and Temple Drive on Feb. 25. This is due to the Trillion Peso March Part 3 activity spearheaded by Caritas Philippines and some civil society groups.

In response, the LGU will implement a zipper lane at White Plains Avenue connecting EDSA and Katipunan Avenue, which will open on Feb. 24, 9 p.m. until Feb. 25, 6 a.m. White Plains will be closed on Feb. 25 to give way for rallies and other activities.

Those attending the rally can get dropped off along the Katipunan Ave. and Temple Drive corners of White Plains and near the People Power monument along EDSA.

You can park your cars along Temple Drive up to Giraffe Street (light vehicles), B. Serrano Ave. east bound - one-side parking (bus parking), 18th and 20th ave. (bus and light vehicles parking), and along EDSA from People Power Monument up to GHQ-Gate 3 (friendly forces parking).

The third iteration of the Trillion Peso March will run on the theme, "Tayo ang People Power laban sa korapsyon at dinastiya."

Consistent with the previous two rallies, the third installment of the protest is calling for a definitive end to corruption and political dynasties in the Philippines.
