Soon, you can live out your ultimate Heated Rivalry dreams in the very cottage that set the scene for the season’s most talked-about getaway.

Starting March 3, the Barlochan Cottage officially hits Airbnb, giving fans the chance to walk the same halls as their favorite rivals-turned-lovers.

While the show's script placed Shane Hollander’s private retreat near Montreal, the actual filming location is tucked away in Muskoka, Ontario.

Patio with panoramic glass views

Showcased in the series, the home features a sleek, open-concept design. Highlights include a high-ceiling kitchen, a four-stool island, and a dining area for eight situated beside a cozy wood fireplace.

The highlight of the place is the Muskoka Room, which features soaring windows, a sectional sofa, and a walkout to the patio.

On the lower level, guests can enjoy a recreation room with three theatre chairs and a large TV. There's also a mini gym equipped with weights and machines.

Living room and fire place

The accommodations are designed with three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, including a primary suite with a three-piece ensuite, and a Murphy bed.

The outdoor area has multiple seating areas, a fire pit, and a patio equipped with a BBQ and traditional Muskoka chairs.

For those looking to explore the "Big 3" lakes—Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, and Lake Joseph—you can use any of the three kayaks and two canoes. This place can accommodate up to six guests.

Things to take note of

Guests have access to unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker.

For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a backup generator and includes a vacuum and essential cleaning supplies.

However, it is important to note that the Barlochan Cottage does not have air conditioning, relying instead on its large windows.

The cottage is a strictly non-smoking property, and while pets are permitted, guests must sign a pet waiver to avoid a $1,000 fine.

The use of the fireplace is prohibited, but outdoor fires are welcomed—provided there is no active fire ban—and must be fully extinguished to protect the surrounding landscape.
