The graft trial of former senator Bong Revilla and six others over the P92.8 million alleged ghost project in Pandi, Bulacan is scheduled for April 7 at Sandiganbayan.

According to a TV Patrol report, the Sandiganbayan fourth division ended the pre-trial stage of the graft case. The prosecution will present 56 witnesses, while the defense will bring 14 witnesses.

His co-accused include former Department of Public Works and Highways district engineer Brice Hernandez, engineers Jaypee Mendoza, Arjay Domasig, Emelita Juat, and personnel Juanito Mendoza and Christina Pineda. They face malversation and graft charges.

Revilla's spokesperson Atty. Francesca Senga said that the former senator maintains that he has no participation in the allegations, as per an ANC report.

On Feb. 16, a not guilty plea was entered for Revilla after he refused to enter a plea to the malversation raps during his arraignment. A week prior, he was entered into a not guilty plea for the graft charges.

In January, the former senator posted bail of P90,000 on his graft charge but remains at the New Quezon City Jail in Payatas, as his malversation case is not bailable.

Revilla surrendered to authorities on Jan. 19.

He was tagged by former DPWH undersecretary Roberto Bernardo as among those who allegedly received kickbacks from flood control projects in September 2025. He repeatedly denied his involvement.

This is Revilla’s second case linked to corruption claims, more than a decade after he was tagged in the 2013 pork barrel scam case. In 2018, the Sandiganbayan acquitted him of plunder.
