LIST: How members of the Congress voted on Sara Duterte's impeachment
The impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte officially moved forward after a majority of lawmakers in the House of Representatives voted in favor of the measure on Monday, May 11.
House lawmakers voted 257 in favor of impeachment during its first regular session. On the other hand, 25 members opposed the complaint, while nine abstained, and 27 did not vote.
This makes Sara the first official in the history of the Philippines to be impeached twice.
The House is comprised of 318 members overall, which means that at least 106 signatures, or one-third of the lower legislative chamber, are needed for the case to go up to the Senate for trial.
Among those who voted "no" are Cavite Rep. Kiko Barzaga, Sara's older brother Paolo Duterte, her nephew Omar Vincent Duterte, Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste, and SAGIP Partylist Rep. Paolo Marcoleta.

The articles of impeachment against Sara cited allegations of betrayal of public trust, culpable violation of the Constitution, corruption, and other high crimes. These include alleged misuse of confidential funds, unexplained wealth, bribery, and an alleged assassination plot targeting President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Marcos, and Rep. Martin Romualdez.
The articles will now be transferred to the Senate. If they find her guilty of the charges, Sara will be removed from her current post and permanently barred from holding public office.
