Heading to Pampanga? Here are four Michelin-recognized places you should visit
Pampanga has long been celebrated for its rich Kapampangan cuisine, known for traditional family recipes and creative local dishes. While these qualities continue to draw food lovers to the province, the Michelin Guide's 2027 restaurant selection offers another reason to explore its dining scene.
The guide recently recognized a total of 127 establishments across Metro Manila, Cavite, Cebu, and Pampanga during a ceremony held on Oct. 29.
For a place widely regarded as the culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga's inclusion in the Michelin Guide was a welcome development for many food lovers.
"Finally, Kapampangan cuisine is getting the Michelin recognition it deserves! And seeing one of my all-time favorites, Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy, make the Guide? Nakakaproud! It’s about time the culinary capital of the Philippines gets its flowers. Kasi naman, bakit hindi?" one user said on X.
If you're planning your next food trip, here are the Michelin-recognized restaurants to add to your Pampanga itinerary.
