Robi Domingo, Maiqui Pineda welcome first child
Robi Domingo and Maiqui Pineda are now parents!
The TV host happily shared that he and his wife have welcomed their first baby in an Instagram reel on Monday, June 1.
He referenced his longtime hosting job for Pinoy Big Brother in the caption, which read, "Our newest housemate." It also had emojis of a blue heart and a house.
"Hi, guys! Welcome to the outside world..." Domingo said as he zoomed out of the camera and showed his baby being carried by a smiling Pineda.
Celebrities sent their love to the couple in the comment section of the post.
"Waaaaaaah! Congratulations, you guys!!!" Broadway star Lea Salonga commented.
"Congratulations Robi and Maiqs," wrote Domingo's PBB co-host Kim Chiu.
"OHMYGOD!!!!!!!" Alexa Ilacad, another PBB host, reacted, adding crying and sparkling heart emojis.
Domingo and Pineda announced that they were expecting their first child in January, two years after tying the knot.
The two were college batchmates at Ateneo de Manila University. They confirmed their romance in 2018 and announced their engagement four years later.
