Here's how you can get a free McFloat when you drive-thru at this fast-food chain
Going trick-or-treating this Halloween? A treat awaits those wanting to indulge their sweet tooth at one fast-food chain.
From Oct. 30 to Nov. 4, you can get a free McFloat with any purchase at McDonald's drive-thru. There's a catch, though, as you need to bring certain Halloween-themed items to earn the sweet reward.
For instance, on Oct. 30, you can get a free McFloat when you bring anything you believe can keep bad spirits or aswang away, like salt, garlic, bagua, agimat or talisman, and incense.
On Oct. 31, come in your favorite Pinoy horror look when you go to the drive-thru. Dress as a kapre, tikbalang, white lady, aswang, manananggal, tiyanak, or any other scary Pinoy creature.
If you're going to the drive-thru on Nov. 1, bring something that scares you more than ghosts, like a failed exam, your mom's angry text, an overdue bill, an unread work email—anything terrifyingly real.
On Nov. 2, you can dress in your scariest outfit, like a zombie, ghost, mummy, or any monster, for a free McFloat.
Meanwhile, you can bring something you usually take on an Undas visit, such as a candle, flowers, tent, or fan, for the free treat on Nov. 3.
And lastly, on Nov. 4, show your best proof that you were "ghosted." This includes a screenshot of the last chat with someone who ghosted you or a seenzoned message. You can also just bring a Halloween basket, pumpkin bucket, or trick-or-treat pail.
You can choose either a Coke McFloat, Royal McFloat, or Rootbeer McFloat as your freebie with your purchase. Do note that you can only get one free McFloat per transaction.
