Cornerstone Entertainment, the talent management agency of Kit Thompson, released another statement about a certain incident involving one of their talents.

"The Cornerstone Management does not condone any act of violence and profoundly value the dignity of women," the statement said.

"We take this opportunity to clarify that our earlier statement was issued with no knowledge of any specific details as we were in receipt only of general allegations. Neither were we privy to any photos of the incident."

The agency added that they will leave it "to the sound discretion of law enforcement and allow the wheels of justice to take its course."

In a previous statement, Cornerstone said it could not comment on the said issue as it has yet to receive a formal report.

"We have just been informed that one of our artists, Mr. Kit Thompson, was allegedly involved in an incident that transpired last night in Tagaytay City, Cavite. As we have yet to receive a formal report regarding the alleged incident, we could not give a response nor comment on the matter," it said.

"However, we request the public to be mindful of casting judgment based on unfounded reports being circulated online," it added.

This, after news involving Thompson and his girlfriend, Ana Jalandoni circulated.

Jalandoni was reportedly rushed to the hospital after she was rescued by the police in Tagaytay. She was said to have sustained injuries after being allegedly assaulted by Thompson.

The actor, on the other hand, is currently held at the Tagaytay police.

If you are, or if you personally know someone being abused during this time of health emergency, don’t hesitate to seek help to stop the abuse.
