Cris Tales, a role-playing video game with a vivid art style that was released just last July 2021, is currently free on the Epic Games Store for a limited time.
The turn-based RPG which was developed as a tribute to classic games like Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, and Valkryrie Profile is free to keep until March 3. Cris Tales was developed by Colombian indie game studios Dreams Uncorporated and Syck, and published by Modus Games.

In addition to the influences of JRPGs, Cris Tales also draws inspiration from Colombian culture and architecture.
In the title, you play as a new Time Mage, Crisbell, who can not only see the past and future, but can also manipulate them effectively. She must embark on a journey, gather companions and put an end to the Time Empress's plan to destroy the world.
The primary game mechanic consists of the manipulation of time. The screen is split into three sections, showing the present in the center, the past on the left, and the future on the right.
