Missing the world of Game of Thrones and can't wait for the new season of House of the Dragon? A new book seeks to curb your appetite for the series (no, it's not a new Song of Ice and Fire book).

An official Game of Thrones cookbook, curated by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel, is slated for a May release, and it's already the No. 1 bestseller on Amazon, as per Variety.

The book will feature over 80 recipes from Westeros, Essos, and beyond with dishes for any time of the day, including Dothraki Blood Pie, Crown Roast of Boar's Ribs, Dornish Creamcakes, Redwyne Roasted Grapes, Seaweed Ship's Biscuits, Barley Griddle Cakes, and Winter Town Wassail. Will we also see recipes for the Purple Wedding pie or the lemon cakes Sansa loves? And of course, a Game of Thrones cookbook won't be complete without drinks.

According to Pop Insider, there will also be a resource section organizing the dishes per region.

In addition to recipes, the cookbook will also have a foreword by the original Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin. The book is presented as an in-world manuscript by Maester Alton from the Citadel.

Monroe-Cassel is a New York Times best-selling chef-writer who has previously penned a cookbook on Game of Thrones titled A Fest of Ice and Fire. She has also created cookbooks based on other fantasy and sci-fi series and games, including The Elder Scrolls, Firefly, World of Warcraft, and Star Trek.
