Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Jung Eun, and Lee Sung Min are set to star in a new thriller Korean drama

South Korean actors Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Sung Min, and Lee Jung Eun are confirmed to star a new thriller drama titled Unlucky Day.
According to Korean news outlet Soompi, the drama will revolve around the life of Oh Taek (played by Sung Min), a taxi driver who picked up a rich customer who turns out to be a serial killer named Geum Hyuk Soo (played by Yeon Seok).
Hyuk Soo attempts to smuggle himself out to flee from the murder he committed and offers to pay Taek one million won (over P40,000) to get him to Mokpo.
Meanwhile, Hwang Soon Gyu (played by Jung Eun), an enraged mother, dedicates her life finding the killer of her son.
Yeon Seok is known for his dramas Hospital Playlist, Romantic Doctor season 1, and The Interest of Love which was released later in December 2022. Sung Min has played roles in the Korean film The 8th Night and Korean drama Reborn Rich along with Song Joong Ki.
Jung Eun, meanwhile, is known for her roles in award-winning film Parasite, and famous Netflix dramas Our Blues and When the Camellia Blooms.
More details about Unlucky Day's exact release date, other casts, and trailers are yet to be announced. However, it is set to premiere in the second half of 2023.
