The Wicked star got candid about what procedures she's had in a recent lie detector test interview with Vanity Fair alongside her co-star Cynthia Erivo.
In the video interview, Cynthia and Ariana took turns asking each other questions while the other was hooked to a polygraph, a machine that measures a person's blood pressure, pulse, breathing rate, and perspiration.
In the upcoming Wicked movie, the Eternal Sunshine singer plays Glinda who sings the song Popular. "Did you ever get any work done to make yourself feel more popular?" Cynthia asked Ariana.
Ariana denied ever getting a nose job or breast augmentation. "No, can you imagine?" she said.
Asked whether she's ever had a facelift, she said, "No, not yet. I'm open."
The boy is mine singer also shut down rumors about getting a fox eye lift, a cosmetic treatment that raises and extends the outer corner of the eyes.
"No, [I've never had it done], but I discovered it through people who thought I did, and I said thank you," she said, adding that she also hasn't gotten chin implants.
"I've had fillers in various places and botox, but I've stopped like four years ago," the artist added. "And that is in extent."
Cynthia then asked the Victorious actress if she ever had a Brazillian Butt Lift, which prompted her to laugh and joke. The polygraph examiner said she was "being deceptive."
"That wouldn't work for me. I don't think that's my thing and I'm okay with that, you know?"
Ariana then went on to say that she doesn't have anything against people who had such procedures done.
"Whatever makes women, men, non-gender conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed. Why do we care?" she continued.
In September 2023, Ariana emotionally recalled the days when she used to get a "ton of lip fillers and botox" because she felt the need to "hide."
