'Pretty Little Liars' actor Keegan Allen left bloodied after being robbed at gunpoint in LA
American actor and photographer Keegan Allen was beaten and robbed by two masked men in a West Hollywood parking lot, leaving him with a bloody forehead after they stole his watch.
In an Instagram video, Allen recounted the ordeal while appearing bloodied and breathing heavily. He also shared surveillance footage of the crime, where two masked men were seen striking him in the head.
"West Hollywood is not safe anymore. Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two young men that threatened to kill me over my watch and would have! God said no tonight,” he captioned his post.
"Will update more soon. Let’s hope all these flock cameras that [Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Gov. Gavin Newsom] and everyone thinks will stop crime can find these very dangerous criminals. God bless," he added.
Allen was loading groceries into his vehicle at around 9:15 p.m. outside Laurel Supply on Santa Monica Boulevard, near Olive Drive, when the attack occurred.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed the incident.
"One suspect pointed a silver handgun at the victim while the other pointed a knife and demanded the victim's watch and bracelet," the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said in a statement, per ABC 7. "Shortly after, the victim was struck in the face with the handgun."
L.A. County firefighter-paramedics assessed Allen at the scene, but he was not taken to a hospital. No arrest has been made as of this writing.
Allen is best known for his role as Toby Cavanaugh in Freeform's Pretty Little Liars. He also starred opposite Jared Padalecki in Walker and recently wrapped filming the lead role in Small Talk, a drama set in Los Angeles' late-1970s music scene.
