Aside from the usual family dinners, you can take your dad or your father figures (or just celebrate the weekend) by joining interactive events, food workshops, music festivals, and more.

Don't know where to begin? Here are some of the biggest events happening from June 19 to 21.

June 19–21: Philippine Blockchain Week

Blockchain enthusiasts, investors, developers, and innovators will gather for Philippine Blockchain Week, the country's leading event dedicated to blockchain technology and digital innovation. The conference serves as a meeting point for local and international experts shaping the future of decentralized technologies.

Beyond discussions and networking opportunities, the event aims to promote real-world blockchain adoption while showcasing Filipino talent and creativity on the global stage. Attendees can expect talks, exhibits, and opportunities to connect with industry leaders.

Philippine Blockchain Week runs from June 19 to 21 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, with passes and registration details available through the event's official channels.

June 19: Chapterhouse x Eat Matters Garapon Series Preservation Workshop

Food lovers can explore the rich traditions of Filipino fermentation at the Chapterhouse x Eat Matters Garapon Series Preservation Workshop. This hands-on session focuses on creating buro, a beloved fermented food known for its distinct salty and tangy flavors.

From burong isda to burong mustasa, attendees will gain a deeper appreciation for how fermentation preserves food and develops complex flavors. It is also a chance to learn sustainable food practices in a fun environment.

The workshop takes place on June 19 at Chapterhouse, with interested participants encouraged to register in advance as slots are limited.

June 19–21: Paquita World Premiere

Ballet fans can witness a fresh interpretation of the classical masterpiece Paquita, a romantic ballet set in 19th-century Spain. The production follows a young noblewoman's story while showcasing technical brilliance and expressive storytelling.

This staging marks the world premiere of Lisa Macuja Elizalde's version of the beloved ballet. It draws inspiration from the original choreographies of Joseph Mazilier, Pierre Malavergne, and Marius Petipa.

Performances are scheduled on June 19 at 8 p.m. and June 20 to 21 at 5 p.m. at Aliw Theater in Pasay City, with tickets available through Ballet Manila and TicketWorld.

June 20: Kweencon 2026

Celebrate Pride Month with Kweencon 2026, a major drag event bringing together some of the country's most talented drag performers. The show promises an evening packed with entertainment, surprises, and standout performances.

The event highlights Filipino drag excellence and offers fans an opportunity to support and celebrate the thriving drag community. Various ticket tiers provide different viewing experiences and exclusive perks.

Kweencon 2026 takes place on June 20 at 6 p.m. at the SM SkyDome in SM North EDSA.

June 21: Pride Run 2026

Runners, allies, and advocates are invited to participate in Pride Run 2026, a celebration of movement, visibility, and inclusion. The annual event promotes self-expression while fostering a sense of community.

Now in its third year, the run features expanded activities designed to make race day more memorable. Included in this year's iteration is a 16K category and a non-binary division, a first in the Philippines. 

Pride Run 2026 happens on June 21 at the SM MOA Complex in Manila, with registration required for participants and race kits available through this website.

June 20: Fête de la Musique 2026

Music lovers can head to Makati for the return of Fête de la Musique's Main Stage, one of the country's most beloved free music events. The celebration brings together artists from different genres for a night of live performances.

This year's lineup includes Radioactive Sago Project, Lola Amour, Meule, Morobeats, Fitterkarma, Heloise La Harpe, Jewelmer Jazz Band, and Nameless Kids. The event continues its tradition of making music accessible to everyone.

The Main Stage event takes place on June 20 at Ayala Triangle Gardens, with gates opening at 4 p.m. and performances starting at 5 p.m. Admission is free and no registration is required.

June 20–21: Stella Dance Jam: Philippines x Japan Friendship 2026

Dance takes center stage at Stella Dance Jam, a special showcase celebrating 70 years of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Philippines. The event is part of a broader initiative to foster cultural exchange through movement and performance.

The showcase features collaborations between Filipino and Japanese dancers. One of the event's major highlights is the collaboration between renowned choreographer RIEHATA and internationally acclaimed Filipino group SB19.

Stella Dance Jam will be held on June 20 at 7 p.m. and June 21 at 3 p.m. at The Theatre at Solaire, with tickets available through TicketWorld.

June 20–21: Build a Bag with Carry Om

Are you into DIYs? Now, you can personalize your accessories at Carry Om's Build-a-Bag event. The activity allows guests to customize a Bhumi,
Mala Medium, and Mala Large bags based on their preferred colors, styles, and design choices. What's even better is that you can watch the craftsmen will build your bag live during the event.

The event serves as a celebration of their founder, Yadu Saulo, who has dedicated over 50 years to the art of bag making in the Philippines through his brand Khumbmela.

Carry Om's Build-a-Bag takes place on June 20 and 21 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Spatio in Opus Mall, with free VIP priority access available through advance registration while slots last. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
