Atty. Leni Robredo is not planning to run for president again in the 2028 elections.

The former Vice President talked about what's next for her after she filed her certificate of candidacy for mayor of Naga City for the 2025 poll.

She then bared that she has no plans to gun for the highest position in the country in the next national elections.

Robredo is running alongside the Team Naga slate composed of outgoing Camarines Sur Rep. Gabby Bordado, who's running for Naga vice mayor, outgoing city administrator Elmer Baldemoro, incumbent councilors Jess Albeus and Gayle Abonal-Gomez, outgoing city budget officer Frank Mendoza, Atty. Areiz Macaraig. former city health officer Dr. Butch Borja, former councilor Miles Raquid-Arroyo, and incumbent councilors Omar Buenafe, Jose Perez, and Oying Rosales.

The former VP ran for president in the 2022 elections but lost out to current President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.
