Grab your popcorn! You can catch new films in these cinemas for as low as P180

If it’s been a while since your last cinema visit, this might be your sign to go.

SM Cinema is introducing a "Discovery Pricing" promo, offering discounted rates for new films. Tickets are priced at P199 in select Metro Manila branches and P180 at select provincial locations.

The promo is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from March 2 to May 28.

To kick things off, moviegoers can watch the adventure comedy film Panda Plan 2: The Magical Tribe. The film stars Jackie Chan as a caricatured version of himself, who accidentally stumbles upon a mysterious primitive tribe alongside his cute giant panda companion, Hu Hu.

If you want something a little more intense, Whistle follows a group of students who discover an Aztec Death Whistle. They soon learn that its sound summons their future deaths to hunt them down.

The participating branches in Metro Manila include SM Angono, SM East Ortigas, SM Mall of Asia, SM Manila, SM Masinag, SM Megamall, SM Novaliches, SM North EDSA, SM Sangandaan, and SM Sta. Mesa.

Other selected branches in the province are SM Bacolod, SM Butuan, SM Cagayan de Oro, SM Daet, SM Dasmarinas, SM Davao, SM General Santos, SM Iloilo, SM Laoag, SM Molino, SM Naga, SM Olongapo Central, SM Pampanga, SM Puerto Princesa, SM Roxas, and SM Tuguegarao.
