Engkanto Taps Bridgetowne serves craft beer and good vibes
There's a new spot to enjoy Engkanto Brewery's craft beer in the metro.
A stone's throw away from Opus Mall is Engkanto Taps Bridgetowne, a space where craft beer enthusiasts and those who just want a good drink can taste the local brand's brews.
In this hip bar with vintage motifs, visitors can try 10 craft beers fresh on tap, including Engkanto Brewery's signature pints of High Hive Honey Ale, Paint Me Purple Uber Lager, Live It Up Lager, and Mango Nation Hazy IPA.
In addition, there are also limited edition brews and collaborations highlighting local ingredients. In the past, Engkanto partnered with Auro Chocolate to create the Dark Heart Imperial Stout, which has a rich, robust, and "intensely decadent" taste.
Bartenders will also concoct signature cocktails revolving around the unique flavor profile of Engkanto beers, such as the zesty Sampa-Loca Highball and the creamy Nutty & Nice-presso.
Cocktails and craft beer are best paired with bar chow ranging from BBQ skewers, chips and dip, nachos, popcorn shrimp, beef salpicao, wings—which come in a range of flavors, including patis calamansi—burgers, and sandwiches.
Beer lovers can also expect Happy Hour at Engkanto Taps from Monday to Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
"Everything great about the craft is here: the vibe, the people, and I've not even included the beer-infused cocktails and dishes to pair," Engkanto Managing Director Ricard Basora said.
The new bar joins Engkanto's other Taps in Forbes Town in BGC, NBS Park in Mandaluyong, and Ehrlind Square in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Engkanto Taps Bridgetowne is located on the ground floor of GBF Center 1 and is open daily from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m.
