'Star Wars: Return of the Jedi' in concert is happening this September
Star Wars fans, 2026 might be the comeback year you've been waiting for.
After the May the Fourth festivities and the most anticipated release of The Mandalorian and Grogu on the big screen, another beloved Star Wars property is returning—this time in concert form.
Star Wars: Return of the Jedi in Concert will take the Theatre at Solaire stage on Sept. 5 and 6. The show will feature John Williams' Grammy-winning score for the 1983 film performed live by the 85-member Filharmonika Orchestra, led by Gerard Salonga as the movie plays on a big screen. This way, fans can hear the triumphant conclusion of the Star Wars original trilogy.
The presentation follows the success of Star Wars: A New Hope In Concert in September 2024 and Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back In Concert in August 2025, which is sure to bring the saga’s celebrated finale to life.
Pre-sale access starts on May 8 at 10:00 a.m., exclusively to Film Concerts PH community members. To join, you may register at www.filmconcerts.ph/community.
Meanwhile, public ticket sales will be available on May 19 at 12:00 p.m. via Ticketworld.com.ph.

In Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, the Rebels must take down the second Death Star orbiting above a remote forest moon. It also sees Luke Skywalker's final face off against Darth Vader (whom he learned was his father in The Empire Strikes Back) and the Emperor.
