Britney Spears appears to have deleted her Instagram account after sharing some concerning posts.

Since Nov. 2, the Princess of Pop's Instagram handle @britneyspears, with display name XILA MARIA RIVER RED, is no longer available. As of writing, it leads to an error page.

Britney Spears' Instagram account is inaccessible as of writing.

It is currently unknown whether Spears deleted her account or if the Meta-owned social media platform enacted a suspension or deletion.

The deactivation of Spears' account comes amid a number of her concerning posts after her ex-husband Kevin Federline recently published a memoir titled You Thought You Knew. In the book, he accused the singer of exhibiting disturbing behavior as a parent.

Spears pushed back against these claims in an Oct. 16 Instagram post.

"The constant gaslighting from [my] ex-husband is extremely hurtful and exhausting. I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys," she said in a post to X. "Sadly, they have always witnessed the lack of respect shown by [their] own father for me."

"Trust me, those white lies in that book, they are going straight to the bank and I am the only one who genuinely gets hurt here," the singer added.

A representative for Spears also sent a statement to outlets, including PEOPLE, on Oct. 14.

"With news from Kevin's book breaking, once again he and others are profiting off her and sadly it comes after child support has ended with Kevin. All she cares about are her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and their well-being during this sensationalism. She detailed her journey in her memoir," it read, referring to Spears' 2023 book, The Woman in Me.

Some of Spears' worrying posts include an Oct. 7 video where she was seen dancing with bruises on her arms and bandages on her wrist. She explained this to be caused by a fall "down the stairs at my friend's house."

"My boys had to leave and go back to Maui … this is the way I express myself and pray through art … father who art in heaven … I’m not here for concern or pity, I just want to be a good woman and be better," she captioned.

The Toxic singer, on Oct. 19, reportedly posted on Instagram about believing she suffered "brain damage" while under her 14-year conservatorship.

Spears was married to Federline from 2004 to 2007. She lost custody of their kids, Preston and Jayden, who are now 20 and 19, respectively.
