Got travel plans to the Middle East? Philippine Airlines is making things a lot more flexible for passengers flying out of Manila to key business hubs.

The flag carrier announced that travelers bound for Dubai, Doha, and Riyadh can now enjoy a one-time free rebooking, effective immediately.

To qualify for the free first rebooking, requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to departure and no later than Nov. 15.

Standard conditions like fare differences and ticket validity will still apply. Just note that if you purchased your ticket during a major promotional sale, it won't be covered under this policy.

PAL customers may rebook their flights online via the Philippine Airlines Manage Booking Portal or via the PAL mobile app.

PAL recently resumed its nonstop Manila–Dubai flights on Oct. 2, running four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Meanwhile, other carriers are holding off due to the conflict in the Middle East. Hong Kong’s Cathay Pacific, for example, has extended its flight suspensions to Dubai and Riyadh all the way through Jan. 31, 2027.
