A teenager lost his life while watching and trying to take close-up images of planes in Dubai.

According to a report by The Times of India, 19-year-old Mohammed Mishal from Kozhikode, Kerala fell from a building's terrace while attempting to capture good shots of passing airplanes at a nearby airport.

He was in the country to visit his cousins and discuss business ventures with them.

Known as a photography enthusiast, Mishal reportedly went up the third floor of a multi-storey building in Hor Al Anz. While trying to get a closer look at planes, his leg got trapped between pipes, causing him to lose footing and fall to the ground.

Mishal is survived by his parents Muneer and Ayesha and his two younger sisters. His remains are expected to be flown back to India by next week.

He was pursuing a diploma in civil engineering in Koshikode and was known by family and friends as ambitious and entrepreneurial.
