Here's where you can report graft, corruption violations involving justices, judges, court personnel
The Supreme Court has rolled out the Judicial Integrity Email, where the public can report violations of graft and corruption laws involving justices, judges, and court personnel.
On Oct. 1, the high court issued Memorandum Order No. 94-2026 instructing regional court managers to inform all litigants and court personnel of the email.
The public can send any actionable information to integrity@judiciary.gov.ph regarding violations in relation to the 2025 Code of Judicial Conduct and Accountability.
This includes party-litigants, sitting judges, justices, or any hearing officers engaging in ex-parte communications, and extortion or bribery in the form of money, gifts, or favors in exchange for the following:
- any result
- service of any process such as warrants, summons, writs of execution
- any activity of judges, justices, or court personnel
- gaining inside information on the progress of any case, including the name of the ponente in any appellate court
They can also report names and activities of persons claiming influence in any court, and any information about officials in the justice system who facilitate favors.
"The Court reiterates that reports submitted to the Judiciary Integrity Email must contain specific and actionable facts that provide the Court with a meaningful basis to act," Senior Associate Justice and Acting Chief Justice Marvic Leonen wrote.
"Those who have information, therefore, are encouraged to provide as much relevant and concrete information that they can safely disclose so the Court may proceed with its own inquiry, fact-finding, or investigation."
