Heads up, creators! There's a new suite of apps for Apple users working in the artistic industry.

The tech giant recently announced Apple Creator Studio, a collection of apps that include video editing platform Final Cut Pro, music hub Logic Pro, and image editor Pixelmator Pro.

The creative suite will be available on the App Store on Jan. 29 for P399 a month or P3,990 a year. This subscription includes access to Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Pixelmator Pro on Mac and iPad; Motion, Compressor, and MainStage on Mac; and premium AI features and templates for Keynote, Pages, and Numbers for Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

Meanwhile, college students and educators get a discounted price for P149 monthly or P1,490 yearly.

Interested in subscribing? Read on below to see what Apple Creator Studio has to offer.

Final Cut Pro

In its release, Apple said that Creator Studio subscribers will enjoy "blazing fast" performance on their Apple silicon devices on Final Cut Pro. Some features to try include Transcript Search to help you find soundbites easily across hours of footage, Visual Search for finding frames or objects with a keyword, and Beat Detection that syncs cuts to the rhythm.

iPad users, meanwhile, can create videos for TikTok or Reels easily with Montage Maker, which uses AI to detect and create a dynamic edit. Auto Crop then allows for easier sharing across different social media platforms.

Furthermore, the bundle unlocks a feature called Motion for creating 2D and 3D effects, which also comes with a Magnetic Mask function for isolating subjects from backgrounds without a green screen.

Logic Pro

On the other hand, Logic Pro's new features include Synth Player, which Apple likens to having a skilled synthesist that can "take a musical idea in new directions," and Chord ID for turning any audio into a ready-to-use chord progression.

Users also get access to MainSage, which "turns Mac into an instrument, voice processor, or guitar rig."

Pixelmator Pro

For the first time, Apple's image editor will be available on the iPad with full Apple Pencil support.

Additionally, Apple Creator Studio subscribers for both Mac and iPad can use the new Warp tool for twisting and shaping layers.

Keynote, Pages, and Numbers

Apart from the creator apps, Apple Creator Studio beefs up Keynote, Pages, and Numbers with premium templates and themes and a new content hub where they can browse through photos, graphics, and illustrations.

The productivity tools will also be equipped with Image Playground and advanced image creation and editing tools that use generative models from OpenAI.

However, current users need not worry as the three apps will remain free for everyone to use.
