Finneas O'Connell marries longtime girlfriend, Billie Eilish serves as officiant
Music producer FINNEAS and YouTuber Claudia Sulewski are officially married—and Billie Eilish had a special role in their big day.
The Grammy-winning musician and producer, whose real name is Finneas O’Connell, tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend on Aug. 29 in an outdoor ceremony in Montecito, California.
Adding an extra special touch to the wedding, Billie, Finneas' younger sister, officiated the ceremony.
Claudia made a fashion statement throughout the wedding weekend, wearing four custom looks from Oscar de la Renta.
For the ceremony, the bride wore an ivory silk faille ball gown with a strapless, drop-waist silhouette, a pleated skirt, and a dramatic scarf neckline. She paired the gown with a long veil for her walk down the aisle.
Her other looks included a satin gown for the rehearsal dinner, a reception dress featuring an upcycled feather peplum, and a playful pink-and-gray look for the after-party.
Claudia previously gave Vogue a look at her final fitting at de la Renta’s Beverly Hills boutique ahead of the wedding, where she tried on the four custom outfits.
The beauty content creator and founder of skincare brand Cyklar also incorporated her love for her pets into the celebration, preparing matching silk faille bows for the couple’s rescue dogs, who served as flower dogs.
Meanwhile, Finneas looked dapper in a classic tuxedo with a clean black bow tie.
The celebration was attended by several celebrity friends, including Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard, Emma Chamberlain, Nina Dobrev, Rachel Sennott, and Jason Sudeikis. Justin and Hailey also shared selfies from the wedding on Instagram.
Started from a dating app
In 2018, Finneas and Claudia met through Raya, an exclusive dating app. The YouTuber revealed this on the Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast in 2020.
"I have a lot of friends that are in the music industry, and two of my best friends specifically had sessions with him," Claudia shared, adding that everything "immediately clicked" when they met.
"Everything fell into place so perfectly and so quickly because we already knew so many people in the same friend group."
It seems that the feeling was mutual, as their first date inspired Finneas to write the song Claudia, which he created after meeting her.
The couple moved in together in 2019 and continued to share glimpses of their relationship over the years, including Claudia appearing in the music video for Finneas' 2022 song Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa.
They announced their engagement in September 2025 after FINNEAS proposed during a mountaintop date.
