From boardrooms and classrooms to laboratories, design studios and community streets, this year’s Front & Female Awards Philippines celebrated seven remarkable women, proving that leadership comes in many forms—and that real impact is measured by the lives transformed along the way. Held at Shangri-La The Fort, the annual celebration by Tatler Philippines recognizes women whose influence extends far beyond personal success, championing initiatives that uplift communities and inspire future generations.

Among this year’s honorees is Lorelie Quiambao-Osial, the first Filipina president and CEO of Shell Pilipinas Corporation, whose visionary leadership is driving innovation while opening more pathways for women in the energy industry.

Receiving the inaugural Education & Development Award, Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine, president and CEO of Khan Academy Philippines, has helped bring free, world-class learning resources to millions of Filipino students, teachers and schools.

Creativity found its champion in Cyndi Fernandez-Beltran, co-founder and design director of Moss Manila Design House, whose immersive spaces continue to redefine how brands and audiences connect.

Meanwhile, Gay Jane Pérez, director general of the Philippine Space Agency, is proving that space science can have a life-changing impact on Earth through advances in climate resilience, disaster preparedness and environmental monitoring.

At just 26, Hyacenth Bendaña, co-founder of the Move As One Coalition, is emerging as one of the country’s most compelling young voices for inclusive, commuter-first transport reform.

Volunteerism remains at the heart of Gianna Montinola’s mission. As co-founder and president of Hands On Manila, she has mobilized thousands of Filipinos to strengthen communities through meaningful service and modern-day bayanihan.

Rounding out the list is Dr. Carol Joanna “Jaycy” Olivarez, founder and CEO of Eluvo Health, whose patient-centered approach is making specialized women’s healthcare more accessible.

Together, this year’s Front & Female awardees reflect the many faces of modern leadership—women who are not only breaking barriers but also building bridges, creating opportunities, and proving that the most enduring success is measured by the positive impact they leave on others.
