Chanel Maya Banks, who was part of hit show Gossip Girlhas been found safe after being reported missing by her family.

Citing the Los Angeles Police Department, ABC News reported that the 36-year-old actress—who had been missing since Oct. 30—was uninjured and no foul play is suspected in the case, which is now considered closed.

According to the media outlet, her family members are still skeptical that she had been located and that they will keep giving out flyers that say she's missing.

In an interview with ABC7, her cousin Danielle-Tori Singh said a tip led authorities to a Texas house, where a woman referred to herself as Banks. A video was sent to her relatives, though the latter maintained that it wasn't Banks as the woman looked different from her.

After not hearing from her for days, Banks' family reported her disappearance on Oct. 30, saying she was last seen going to the house she shares with her husband. Her dog and belongings were there when authorities checked the place.

Singh claimed Banks' husband was "not willing to help" them locate the actress and was even "removing flyers off of posts and cars."

Aside from Gossip Girl, where she played the role of Sawyer Bennett in its third season, Banks also appeared in shows like Blue Bloods and Twelve.
