Launched on April 16, the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 boasts "significant improvements in imaging quality, intelligent shooting, and operation experience."
The handy camcorder is now equipped with a powerful 1-inch CMOS sensor, which can dish out stunning 4K/240fps footage, clean night shots, and vivid landscape captures. There's also an in-camera Beautify feature that allows you to adjust skin smoothness, brightness, and tone.
You can also choose from diverse film tones to easily recreate classic styles and capture pro-level cinematic videos.
Compared to the Osmo Pocket 3, the latest version has a "smarter capture experience" as it supports ActiveTrack 7.0, enabling subject tracking at up to 4× zoom. It can lock onto a variety of subjects, including people, cars, motorcycles, cats, dogs, and stationary objects, making it easy to capture every exciting moment effortlessly.
If you're making content by yourself, you can take advantage of the new Gesture Control feature, which allows you to start or stop recording, take photos, and activate ActiveTrack through a single gesture.
Aside from these, the Osmo Pocket 4 has been built with two new physical buttons under the touchscreen for you to switch the zoom or customize frequently used features as well as a 5D joystick that adjusts the gimbal's rotational speed and zoom speed, making camera movement flexible.
Since the device now has 107 GB of built-in storage, it can record and save up to approximately 600 minutes of 1080p/24fps video or 220 minutes of 4K/60fps video.
The Osmo Pocket 4 is priced at Php 27,990 for the standard kit and Php 34,490 for the Creator Combo.
