Billy Crawford mourns death of dad Jack: 'You'll always be in my heart'

Billy Crawford's father Jack has passed away.

The TV host announced his dad's death with a post on Instagram on Sept. 22.

"I'm sorry, Dad. I wasn't there to say goodbye, give you a last hug, or tell you how much I love you," he wrote.

"You'll always be in my heart. Thank you for being the greatest dad I could ever have!" he said. "I'll truly miss you, my main man!"

Billy received messages of comfort from his friends in the entertainment industry and his fans.

"I am so sorry, Billy," commented Carla Abellana.

"Sending my deepest condolences kuya billy. love you," said Zack Tabudlo.

"Our deepest condolences bro," wrote Piolo Pascual.

Ryan Bang, Alex Gonzaga, Coney Reyes, Sam Concepcion, KC Montero, EA Guzman, Erik Santos, Aga Muhlach, Ogie Alcasid, and more have expressed their sympathies.

In 2022, Billy shared a family photo from when his father Jack finally met the singer-actor's son Amari.

"My wife made this happen! I'm so thankful for you, [Coleen Garcia] for making my dreams come true. I never thought my father would even meet his grandson. And by God's grace, you have made all of this possible," he said.
