Could Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli finally be expanding their family?
The celebrity couple has sparked fresh pregnancy speculation after one of Guidicelli's acquaintances referred to him as a “soon-to-be daddy” in a now-deleted social media post.
The Facebook user claimed he and the actor ran into each other at a coffee shop before they reminisced about their time in the military. The TV host is also a reservist in the army as a second lieutenant of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
They ended their post by congratulating Guidicelli, "He is soon to be a daddy. Congratulations, bro!"
In the comments section, another user asked to clarify if this meant that Geronimo is now pregnant, to which they replied, "Yup! Confirmed from the horse’s mouth."
While the couple has not confirmed the news for themselves, this was not the first time that they have been the subject of pregnancy rumors.
Back in July, Guidicelli sparked similar speculation after he greeted his wife on her birthday and wrote that 2026 would be their “best year ever.” Some fans took his message as a possible hint that the couple could be expecting their first child.
On Aug. 27, fans once again speculated that the couple could be expecting after the actor posted a clip of himself undergoing an ultrasound, but it was eventually revealed in his full vlog that it was just part of his medical checkup.
Guidicelli previously revealed that he is looking forward to starting a family with Geronimo.
"In the future, sana mag-baby na kami. In God’s time,” he said, adding that he and his wife have been planning to have a baby for a long time now.
“At the end of the day, my priority is my wife and family, so I think that’s part of the plan. But again, you can’t plan too hard because it’s God that uses this blessing,” he continued. “So, we just hope for the best and do what we have to do.”
The couple got engaged in 2019 and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony a year later.
