Into K-fashion? You won't have to look far to get your fix or wait until your online order arrives anymore. Musinsa—South Korea’s largest online fashion platform—is officially bringing its physical retail presence to Southeast Asia, right here in the Philippines.

According to The Korea Times and The Korea Herald, Musinsa has teamed up in an exclusive distribution partnership with ACX Holdings, the retail arm of Ayala Corporation.

The move follows a massive surge in local demand. Data from Musinsa shows that transaction values from Filipino shoppers on its global platform grew by an average of roughly 50 percent year-over-year from 2023 to 2025.

"The Philippines is a strategic market with strong growth potential, driven by young consumers' rising interest in Korean fashion brands," a Musinsa official said. "Working closely with ACX Holdings, which has a deep understanding of the local market and strong retail operations capabilities, we will strengthen Musinsa Standard's brand competitiveness and offer Filipino consumers a new K-fashion experience."

Kicking off the expansion in the second half of 2026, the company will open its very first brick-and-mortar store at Glorietta mall in Makati.

Shoppers can expect Musinsa Standard, the brand's acclaimed in-house label known for versatile, modern, and functional wardrobe essentials.

To make it work for the Philippine climate, the brand is tailoring its signature Seoul street styles under the regional concept "Feeling Cool, Looking Cool," combining sleek silhouettes with lightweight, breathable fabrics.

“As Musinsa Standard grows from Seoul into global markets, we adapt our products and styles to fit the character of each region,” said Kim Jihoon, Design Director of Musinsa Standard. “In the Philippines as well, we combine the sensibility of K-fashion design with functional materials suited to local living and climate.”

Founded in 2001 originally as a web community for sneaker fans, Musinsa has since evolved into a massive e-commerce ecosystem hosting thousands of domestic and global brands.

For now, shoppers from the Philippines may order online via Musinsa's website.
