Even though this problem may be a minor issue, it can be a source of stress for many people. John Daeniele Satsatin, a fourth-year BS Computer Science student, created the Maglalaba Ba? App so users can determine the best day to do laundry.

The app gets real-time weather information from Open-Meteo and utilizes OpenWeatherMap to help identify the user’s location. It provides information on the probability of rain, average temperature, and humidity. Other than that, it provides an estimated drying time for clothes, as well as suggests the best time to do laundry, making it a convenient tool for anyone to avoid smelly, damp clothes.

It's also designed to be easy to use for users from all walks of life with its casual, conversational Filipino language. The app also features a mascot named Ate Love, who rocks different looks and dialogue tailored to current weather conditions.
