Half Saints

There’s never a wrong time to relish Christine Roque and Jo Arciaga’s playful twists on familiar favorites at Half Saints. One look at the menu easily reveals the standouts on the list—and they call your attention for good reason. The Chicharron Teriyaki and Shiitake, Goat Cheese, Balsamic Glaze Puff Pizza are a must to share, while the Arroz Con Pollo and Blackout Bowl are filling pairings not to be missed. Of course, the sweet and savory pastries of their Bake Studio, especially the Merci Buko French Cream Puff and Crema de Fruta 4” Mini Cake, are quintessential to the Half Saints dining experience.

It’s no surprise that in just a few years after opening their doors in 2018, they were able to establish a branch in Tokyo in 2022 and land on EATER’s 38 Essential Manila Restaurants in 2023. Whatever the mood calls for, be it a hefty meal or a light snack, trust that this gem in Metro Manila’s bustling north will deliver in spades.
