Uma Nota
From Hong Kong to Paris, and now in Manila: Brazilian-Japanese Uma Nota offers a fusion of flavors, festivities, and flair. Stepping into the restaurant takes you into their world. The interior is a masterpiece, featuring a dramatic hanging tree installation and a variety of intimate dining spaces, including the vibrant Tropicalia, inspired by Brazilian art, and the serene Meiji, evoking the minimalist elegance of Japanese design. From the cozy Living Room & Bar to the stylish Tropicalia and Meiji rooms, each area offers a distinct ambiance. It’s no wonder it won the Hospitality Interiors, Restaurants & Cafes, Small Practice (Under 20 Employees) 2024 award from World Architecture News.
Uma Nota in Manila can be whatever you want it to be: a spot for brunch and drinks with colleagues, a holiday filled with fanfare, or a place for a hip and happening shindig with your stylish group. Head chef Kyle Ureta and international executive chef Gustavo Vargas crafted a menu that blends flavors from Brazilian and Japanese cuisine while also making sure it is tailored to the Filipino palate. From delectable appetizers like the Tataki de Carne de Sol and Coxinhas de Frango to mouthwatering mains like Japanese Wagyu Striploin, Uma Nota offers a vibrant dining experience. Don't miss out on their creative desserts, such as the fancy matcha layered cake, and their innovative cocktails, like the Kyoto Sour and Uma Nota Cup Noodle.
