The Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) and RCBC Bankard Services Corp. announced the rebranding of RCBC Bankard to RCBC Credit Card as it ushers in its 57-percent growth in issuing billings versus the same period last year.
The rebranding focuses on upgrading their customers’ experience through its “Unlimited” lifestyle perks. Partnered with the RCBC Digital App, it is poised to provide strong digital solutions that will allow users to be on top of their spending and finances.
“We are offering the new RCBC Credit Card, the credit card that can help you live an unlimited life. Partnered with the RCBC Digital app, it will allow you to manage your budget and transactions anytime, anywhere, with just a few taps,” said RCBC Bankard Services Corp. first VP and Marketing Group head Ma. Angela Mirasol in a statement, stressing their Live Life Unlimited campaign that can jumpstart their clients’ lifestyles in the post-pandemic norm.

Data and technology usage
With the new name, according to Mirasol, comes a new way to strengthen the RCBC Credit Card brand — one that exemplifies its commitment to stronger financial solutions and lifestyle perks and benefits.
“We make sure that we use data and technology to better understand our cardholders and serve their needs based on their interests and life stage. The exceptional growth in card usages and receivables reflect our deepening relationship with our cardholders,” RCBC Bankard Services Corp. president and CEO Arniel Vincent Ong said, adding that their goal is for the RCBC Credit Card to be their clients’ indispensable partner for dining, shopping, and even traveling.
With RCBC Credit Card’s Unlimited Travel Adventure perks, cardholders get access to airport lounges, free international travel insurance and free purchase protection. The Unlimited Shopping Experience, on the other hand, lets cardholders enjoy deals from partner establishments while earning rewards points which they can exchange for cash rebates, airline miles, gift certificates, bank deposits, payment to your card bill, or even as a donation to their preferred non-government organization.
