Simpleng cake para sa mga simpleng handaan.”

That’s how Nicelybaked online bakeshop described its now viral “rice cake” that looked exactly like the cup of rice impaled with a candle in the much-talked about birthday photo of President Duterte recently.

“We humbly present our own version of rice cake—legit na cake, hindi legit na rice,” Nicelybaked captioned its Facebook post.

“Steal Tatay’s look during his 76th birthday with this literal na rice cake. At least ito pang-celebrate lang ng birthday, hindi pang-yumao,” it added.

According to Nicelybaked, its 4”x 2” “rice cake,” which is available in red velvet and chocolate flavors, with chocolate ganache filling and butter cream frosting, is sold for P450.

Sulit ‘yan para sa mga simpleng celebrations niyo.”
