With Samsung Customer Service, you can skip the hassle of going out of your way. Through three customer care solutions, you can get direct assistance from wherever you are and solve your concern in one sitting.

Find solutions with visual support

There are issues that you just have to see to understand, and this is true for your Samsung experts, too. Your refrigerator is making a strange sound, and you cannot explain what it is. What does that blinking red light on your air conditioner mean? Is something stuck on your washing machine or did you press the wrong setting? Gone are the days of getting lost in translation over a hotline consultation with Samsung’s Visual Support service.

With a working smartphone, launch Visual Support with just a URL link sent to you by your Samsung consultant via text message–no need for a separate app. Once you grant access, your consultant can analyze your appliance as seen directly through your camera. It even automatically scans your product’s model name or serial number, whatever your digital and the home appliance may be. Gone are the days of struggling with technical and complex product details. With access to your camera–and even your camera’s flash in case of bad lighting--your consultant can accurately assess the situation, request more information from you in real-time, and guide you forward with specific measures. Maybe you won’t need to send your device to the Service Center, after all.

Privacy concerns? Don’t worry; Samsung experts will not be able to access your device without your consent. Once you grant them access through a safe process, a Samsung expert can then remotely access your Smart TV or smartphone and check on your device to assist you.

You can access Remote Service in three simple ways. First, you can log on to the Right Care Right Now website and follow the Remote Service instructions. Second, with your Galaxy smartphone, you can launch the Samsung Members app, click on the “Get Help” button at the bottom, then scroll further to Remote Service. Download Smart Tutor from there and follow the steps.

Lastly, if you don’t have Samsung Members yet, you can also access the service through your Galaxy phone’s built-in Samsung Messages app (different from ‘Messages by Google’). Tap the three-dot menu at the top-right corner of the screen, select "Contact Us" to be directed to Samsung Members, then tap Remote Service. You can also go to your Galaxy phone’s Settings, click Tips and user manual, then Remote Support.
